About the Bee Positive Artwork

Bee Positive features the illustration of David's grandfather-in-law, George "Grandpop" Rodenhausen.
Grandpop enjoyed a successful, four-decade long career as a graphic designer, back when everything was done by hand without computer assistance. At the age of 91, he created these beautiful illustrations of the animals in David's songs. Unfortunately, Grandpop passed away just three weeks before the album's release. We are so lucky to have these drawings to celebrate the wonderful life and art of this spectacular man.
Included in each CD is a fold-out poster with song lyrics on one side and Grandpop's brightly colored animal illustrations on the other.
